Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of MorphLiveCam ("we", "us"), a service that transforms your live webcam video with AI. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old. Keep your login details safe; you're responsible for activity on your account. One person per account.

2. Acceptable use

The service is for entertainment, creative content and streaming. You must not use it to:

• impersonate a real person to deceive, defraud, scam, blackmail or harass anyone, including in romance, investment, job or identity-verification scams;
• use someone's photo or likeness without their permission;
• upload or use someone's voice without their permission, or use a changed voice to pretend to be a real person in calls, messages or recordings meant to deceive;
• create sexual or explicit content, or any content involving minors;
• bypass identity verification, "liveness" or KYC checks;
• break any law, or infringe anyone's rights.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, without refund, and cooperate with law enforcement where required.

3. Credits and payments

Credit is bought in advance, in Nigerian naira through Flutterwave, Paystack or Korapay, or in cryptocurrency through NOWPayments (priced in US dollars). Crypto payments are credited once the network confirms them; if you send less than the price, credit is not added automatically, so contact us. Crypto sent to the wrong network or address can't be recovered. While the live transform is on, credit is deducted per second at the price shown on the pricing page at the time you start. Prices may change for future sessions. Credit doesn't expire and can't be exchanged for cash. Used credit is not refundable. If a payment or session went wrong, contact us and we'll review it.

4. The service

AI output can be imperfect and may vary in quality. We provide the service "as is" and don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Real-time processing is provided by third-party AI infrastructure.

5. Your content

You keep the rights to your video and photos. You confirm you have the right to use any photo you upload. You're responsible for how you use and share the output.

6. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are significant we'll tell you by email or on the site. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
