How do credits work?
Buy a credit pack, then the live transform uses a fixed number of credits per second, shown below the packs. Nothing is used while the transform is off.
When does billing start and stop?
When you press Start, the AI session opens and credits start being used each second. It stops the moment you press Stop, close the tab or lose connection. Your live balance is shown in the studio the whole time.
What happens when I run out of credit?
The transform stops automatically and your normal camera shows. Your balance never goes below zero. Top up and press Start again.
Do credits expire?
No. Unused credits stay in your account.
Can I get a refund?
Credits you've used can't be refunded. If something went wrong with a payment or a session, contact us and we'll look into it.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Naira payments through Flutterwave, Paystack or Korapay (debit and credit cards, bank transfer, USSD and bank apps), and crypto through NOWPayments (USDT, BTC, ETH and 100+ other coins, priced in US dollars). You choose at checkout from the options available at the time. The smallest plan is 4 minutes.
